Michael Pardee

Michael is a Co-Founder of Trio, and Founder of The Mission, a Los Angeles based studio focusing on commercials and film work and specializing in animation and visual effects, including virtual reality. Just recently The Mission completed work on a VR campaign to promote mental health awareness in Africa. Other recent projects include an animated series called Dinokids that is focused on helping kids learn the alphabet and other lessons related to the kindergarten readiness checklist. Prior to the Mission, Mike served as an executive producer with Asylum Visual Effects where he was responsible for all commercial work, and managing teams of producers and artists that created visual effects for commercials and films.  Before that, and prior to a brief stint with Sway Studios, a high end VFX animation facility that focused primarily on commercial and film work, Mike started his career with Digital Domain. Throughout the years his work has earned several AICP awards, CLIO’s and Cannes Lions.

Jonathan Adelson

Jonathan is a Co-Founder of Trio, and a Managing Director with a Global Valuation firm.  Previously, Jonathan founded his own global business strategy and advisory firm. He has a long history of working with companies around the world to help them grow their businesses, which included serving as a Managing Director with a restructuring firm based in New York for 10 years and working with the Washington and New York offices of a global Big 4 firm representing domestic and multinational companies and their boards.   Prior to becoming an attorney, Jonathan began his career on Capitol Hill with a Washington, DC-based government relations firm where he was an advocate for corporate, non-profit, and coalition interests before Congress and the Executive Branch.

Min Ding

Min is a Co-Founder of Trio.  Prior to Trio, he worked at various US based consulting firms and investment banks.  He is a native of Hangzhou, China where he lived until finishing his undergraduate study.  He came to the U.S. for his graduate study in 1995.   He now lives in New York with his family.
